Refund and Returns Policy
Last Updated: August 5, 2026
Thank you for shopping at Doolmart.
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to digital products purchased through doolmart.com, including eBooks, PDFs, software, templates, online courses, designs, graphics, downloadable files, licence keys, and other digital content.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that no physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
1. Digital Products Cannot Be Physically Returned
The products sold by Doolmart are delivered electronically. Digital products cannot be physically returned in the same way as physical goods.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, streamed, activated, or made available through a customer account, it can generally be copied or retained. Therefore, digital purchases are generally final once delivery or access has begun, except as stated in this Policy or where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Change-of-Mind Refunds
Doolmart does not normally provide refunds for a change of mind after a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, streamed, activated, or delivered.
A refund will generally not be provided where:
- you changed your mind after purchasing;
- you no longer want or need the product;
- you purchased the wrong eBook or digital product without an error by Doolmart;
- you did not read the product description before purchasing;
- you did not review the displayed file format, language, licence, system requirements, or compatibility information;
- the product does not contain information, features, or files that were not promised on the Product Page;
- you do not have the software, device, internet connection, knowledge, or technical ability required to use the product, where the relevant requirements were disclosed before purchase;
- you found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price;
- you did not use, read, download, or complete the product;
- you accidentally placed the order but downloaded or accessed the product afterward;
- you purchased the product more than once using different accounts or email addresses without first contacting us;
- you failed to apply a coupon or discount code before completing the purchase; or
- you violated the applicable product licence or these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Cancellation Before Download or Access
You may contact us to request cancellation where:
- the digital product has not been downloaded;
- access to the product has not begun;
- a licence key has not been revealed or activated;
- course materials have not been accessed; and
- delivery has not otherwise been completed.
Cancellation requests are not automatically approved. We will review the delivery and access records before making a decision.
Where the product has already been made available for immediate download or access, the purchase may no longer qualify for a change-of-mind cancellation, subject to applicable law.
4. When a Refund or Other Remedy May Be Available
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Doolmart may provide technical support, renewed download access, a replacement file, replacement product, price reduction, account credit with your agreement, or a refund where:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- payment was completed but the purchased product was not delivered;
- the download link does not work and we cannot restore access;
- the supplied file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- the wrong product was delivered due to an error by Doolmart;
- the product is materially different from its published description;
- a significant advertised file, section, feature, or component is missing;
- a licence key supplied by Doolmart is invalid and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- the product has a material fault that existed at the time of supply;
- we cannot provide access within the time expressly promised;
- the transaction was unauthorized, subject to reasonable verification; or
- a refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer law.
5. Technical Problems
A technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Before issuing a refund, Doolmart may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing:
- a new download link;
- a replacement or corrected file;
- an alternative compatible file format;
- a replacement licence key;
- account-access assistance;
- installation or usage instructions; or
- other reasonable technical support.
You must provide sufficient information to allow us to investigate the issue. This may include screenshots, error messages, device information, software versions, or other relevant technical details.
A refund may be refused where the problem was caused by:
- an unsupported device or operating system disclosed before purchase;
- missing third-party software that was identified as a requirement;
- customer misuse or unauthorized modification;
- failure to follow the supplied instructions;
- account sharing or licence abuse;
- malware or problems originating from the customer’s device;
- loss of the downloaded file after successful delivery; or
- circumstances outside Doolmart’s reasonable control.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer right.
6. eBook Refund Conditions
Due to the immediate-access and reproducible nature of eBooks, an eBook purchase is generally non-refundable once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds will not normally be provided because:
- you did not like the writing style, subject matter, opinions, or presentation;
- the eBook did not meet personal expectations that were not included in its description;
- you did not finish reading the eBook;
- you already knew some or all of the information contained in the eBook;
- you purchased the wrong language, edition, or file format where this was clearly disclosed;
- you expected a printed book or physical delivery;
- you no longer need the information; or
- you want to exchange the eBook for another title.
A remedy may be available where the eBook is corrupted, materially incomplete, not delivered, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its published description.
7. Courses and Membership Content
Unless otherwise stated on the Product Page, refunds for courses or membership content are generally not available after:
- course lessons have been viewed;
- downloadable resources have been accessed;
- videos have been streamed;
- certificates have been generated;
- a substantial part of the course has been used; or
- login or course content has been shared with another person.
Not completing a course, failing to obtain a desired result, or deciding that the course is not suitable after accessing it does not normally qualify for a refund.
Nothing in this section limits a remedy required for materially defective, inaccessible, or misdescribed content.
8. Software, Templates, Designs, and Licence Keys
Software, templates, designs, graphics, and licence-key purchases are generally non-refundable after the applicable file has been downloaded or the licence key has been displayed, delivered, registered, or activated.
A remedy may be considered where:
- the supplied licence key is invalid;
- the file is corrupted;
- a material advertised component is missing;
- the wrong product was supplied; or
- the product does not materially match its description.
A refund will not normally be provided because you lack the required software, plugins, fonts, technical skills, or compatible system where those requirements were disclosed before purchase.
Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, hosting, customization, or installation services are not included unless expressly stated on the Product Page.
9. Duplicate Purchases
Where you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same customer details, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.
You must contact us promptly and provide the relevant order numbers.
A duplicate-purchase refund may be refused where:
- separate licences were used, activated, transferred, or assigned;
- the purchases were made for different users, devices, websites, projects, or accounts; or
- the transactions are not genuine duplicates.
10. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a purchase was made using your payment method without authorization, contact us and your payment provider promptly.
We may require reasonable information to verify the claim. We may suspend access to the relevant product or account while the matter is investigated.
False unauthorized-transaction claims, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to retain a product without payment may result in account suspension, licence termination, and other lawful action.
11. How to Request Assistance or a Refund
To submit a request, contact:
Email: [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]
Website: doolmart.com
Business name: [FULL LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]
Your request should include:
- your full name;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- your order number;
- the name of the product;
- the date of purchase;
- a detailed explanation of the problem; and
- relevant screenshots, error messages, or supporting evidence.
Where reasonably possible, you should contact us within 14 days after the purchase or after discovering the problem.
The 14-day request period is an internal support period and does not reduce any longer mandatory period or remedy available under applicable law.
12. Review of Refund Requests
We will review refund requests based on:
- the product description displayed at the time of purchase;
- download, login, streaming, access, and activation records;
- the reason for the request;
- the evidence provided;
- attempts made to correct the problem;
- the applicable product licence;
- this Refund and Returns Policy; and
- applicable consumer law.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
We may ask for additional information before completing our review.
13. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or currency-conversion processing times are outside Doolmart’s control.
Original payment-processing fees, currency-conversion charges, international transaction fees, bank fees, and other third-party charges may not be refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Where the original payment method cannot receive a refund, we may offer another lawful refund method or account credit with your agreement.
14. Effect of a Refund
When a full refund is issued:
- your licence to use the refunded product ends immediately;
- you must stop using the product;
- you must delete all downloaded and stored copies;
- you must not retain, share, publish, resell, reproduce, or distribute the product;
- any related licence key may be deactivated; and
- access to the applicable course, account area, download, or product may be removed.
A refund does not give you permission to retain or continue using the product.
15. Exchanges
Digital products are generally not exchangeable after download, access, streaming, or activation.
Where you purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded or accessed it, contact us promptly. We may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or account credit.
Any discretionary exchange does not create an obligation to approve future exchanges.
16. Sale and Discounted Products
Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are subject to the same general digital-product refund rules.
A discounted price does not remove any mandatory consumer right relating to a faulty, undelivered, or materially misdescribed product.
Price differences resulting from a later sale, discount, coupon, or promotion do not normally qualify for a partial refund.
17. UK Customers
Where applicable UK law provides a cancellation right before digital-content supply begins, Doolmart will request your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgment that the applicable cancellation right will be lost once downloading, streaming, or access begins.
Where the required consent or acknowledgment has not been obtained, you will retain any cancellation or payment rights provided by applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory UK rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for a disclosed purpose, or not as described.
18. Australian Customers
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, the remedy available will depend on the nature and seriousness of the failure and may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation as required by law.
A change of mind alone does not normally qualify for a remedy unless Doolmart has expressly offered a change-of-mind refund.
19. Canadian Customers
Consumer-protection requirements in Canada may differ between provinces and territories.
Nothing in this Policy limits a mandatory right or remedy available under the law applicable to your transaction.
Where the law of a province or territory gives you a cancellation, disclosure, refund, or other mandatory right, that right will apply despite any inconsistent provision in this Policy.
Québec customers may have additional language, disclosure, contract, and consumer-protection rights.
20. United States Customers
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
Additional refund, disclosure, automatic-renewal, warranty, or digital-product rules may apply depending on the customer’s state and the nature of the transaction.
21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
This does not prevent you from exercising a lawful right to dispute a fraudulent, unauthorized, undelivered, or materially defective transaction.
Where a chargeback is initiated, Doolmart may suspend access to the relevant product or account while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of product access and the customer account.
22. Policy Abuse
We may reject a request and suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that a customer is:
- repeatedly purchasing, downloading, and requesting refunds;
- making fraudulent claims;
- abusing payment disputes or chargebacks;
- sharing or redistributing purchased products;
- using multiple accounts to avoid restrictions;
- providing false information; or
- otherwise attempting to obtain digital products without lawful payment.
This section does not affect genuine claims or mandatory consumer rights.
23. Changes to This Policy
Doolmart may update this Policy to reflect changes in its products, business practices, payment systems, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on doolmart.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply to future purchases from their effective date. They will not retroactively remove mandatory rights already acquired in relation to an earlier purchase.
